Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious Junior Designer with strong design fundamentals, a sharp eye for detail and working knowledge of AI and how to utilise as part of their day-to-day creative workflow - an important part of the role.
As a Junior Designer at Archetype, you will:
Support the delivery of design work for B2B technology clients, creating assets for campaigns, social media, paid media, presentations, reports, landing pages, email, events and other digital marketing activity
Work from briefs provided by account, strategy and creative teams, helping turn complex B2B technology messages into clear, polished and engaging visual outputs
Use brand guidelines, apply feedback carefully, and deliver work that is accurate, professional and suitable for senior B2B audiences
Support the agency’s own internal design needs, helping create materials for marketing, credentials, proposals, social content, presentations, templates and internal communications
Work closely with designers, strategists and account teams and ask questions and be curious about the strategic and commercial context behind the work
Be curious about tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, Codex, creative plugins and emerging design technologies
Explore how AI can improve speed, quality, experimentation and creative output
As a Junior Designer at Archetype, you will bring:
A strong portfolio showing good design fundamentals, layout, typography and attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
A clear interest in B2B, technology, digital marketing or agency work.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI and emerging creative tools, including a willingness to use them day-to-day.
Ability to design for digital channels including social, paid media, presentations and web-based assets.
Strong visual judgement and ability to follow brand guidelines accurately.
Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with non-design teams.
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Openness to feedback and a clear desire to keep learning.
Excellent attention to detail.
