About the Role
As School Business Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, premises and wider school operations. Responsibilities typically include:
Budgeting, forecasting, monitoring spend and reporting
Procurement and contract management to ensure value for money
Overseeing office systems and operational efficiency
Supporting HR administration processes and staffing structures
Managing premises, health & safety and compliance
Ensuring policies, procedures and records are up to date and audit-ready
Line managing support staff and maintaining high service standards

Contract: Full-time, permanent (or as agreed)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
