About the Role
Ogilvy Health are seeking an ambitious Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to a significant, high-value medical communications account focused on complex and challenging therapeutics area.
You'll play a pivotal role in supporting a full-service medical education and communications programmes for key clients. This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in the end-to-end delivery of diverse projects, including:
- Scientific events : Advisory boards, symposia, congress activities and standalone meetings
- Content development: Scientific platform, slide decks, newsletters, educational materials for HCPs and patients
- Digital initiatives : Websites, e-learning modules, interactive tools
- Social media strategies: Content development and community engagement
- And much more!
Key responsibilities will include client liaison, project coordination, budget tracking, timeline management, and supporting the wider account team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

What You’ll Need
We're looking for a proactive and highly organised individual with:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive within a medical communications or healthcare agency.
- A solid understanding of the medical communications landscape and agency processes.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities, comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital and social media strategies within a healthcare context is a strong advantage.
- A passion for science and making a tangible difference in patient care.
