Looking for a School Data and Exams Administrator in...
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and highly organised Data and Exams Administrator to join a successful all-girls secondary school in Finchley on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy and supportive school environment, providing key administrative support across student data, examinations, reporting, and wider school systems. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the school’s data and exams function.
Who we are looking for:
Fully experienced in a Data and Exams Administrator role within a school setting
Fully experienced in using SIMS, including student records, attendance, reporting, timetables, and data management
Experienced in coordinating internal and external examinations, entries, timetables, results, and compliance procedures
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Confident working independently and managing a busy workload
Professional, approachable, and able to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and external agencies
Available to start the position as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining accurate student data using SIMS
Supporting attendance, census returns, reporting, and timetable updates
Coordinating all aspects of internal and external examinations
Liaising with examination boards, invigilators, and senior leadership
Producing reports and data analysis for staff and leadership teams
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and school data procedures
Providing administrative support to the wider school office when required
