Senior Restructuring Administrator
Our client, a highly regarded, forward thinking, professional services Accountancy firm, who continue to expand, seek to recruit a suitably experienced Restructuring Senior Case Administrator.
With strong technical and case handling experience, gained from another UK Accountancy firm or Specialist UK Insolvency services provider, you will manage a varied and often complex portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and in line with legislative and regulatory requirements.

Manage a portfolio of complex insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
- Apply technical knowledge to ensure all casework complies with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal procedures
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, statutory documentation, reports, and case-related communications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records across all internal systems
- Proactively identify issues and work with colleagues to resolve them efficiently
- Deliver work to agreed deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
As an experienced member of the team, you will help maintain operational standards and provide guidance to colleagues where appropriate.
- Support the supervision and coordination of team workflows to ensure deadlines and service standards are achieved
- Provide guidance and technical support to less experienced team members
- Deputise for members of the management team when required
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and consistency
- Build collaborative relationships across the team to support successful case delivery
- Take ownership of work, managing priorities effectively within a busy environment
You will contribute to a positive client experience by delivering accurate information, maintaining clear communication, and demonstrating professionalism throughout every engagement, building positive relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders.
Ideal person:
- Proven insolvency industry experience with an appropriate professional qualification (CPI, CPPI, CPCI or equivalent)
- Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation, compliance requirements, and case administration
- Experience managing a varied and complex caseload within a professional services environment
- Excellent client, interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to continuous learning, professional development, and delivering excellent client outcomes
