The RoleWe are looking for an exceptional Estate Manager to take ownership of a prestigious portfolio of residential developments. This is a career-defining opportunity to operate at the forefront of luxury property management, where your expertise will directly influence the quality, reputation, and experience of each estate under your care.
In this role, you will orchestrate all aspects of estate operations with precision, from financial ownership and strategic planning to the seamless coordination of maintenance and services. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and a visible presence across your portfolio, you will build enduring relationships while upholding the highest standards of presentation, service, and performance.
This role requires a professional with a meticulous eye for detail, a passion for excellence, and the ability to anticipate and exceed expectations—delivering a level of service that is not only efficient, but truly exceptional.
What You’ll Do:
Milestone Management: Ensure cyclical tasks and reactive works are completed on time and achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage annual budgets, generate purchase orders, and monitor income and expenditure for financial health.
Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee planned maintenance schedules, conduct site inspections, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Customer Service Excellence: Maintain strong client relationships, lead meetings, and resolve resident inquiries and complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
What You’ll Bring:
A degree or equivalent education, with TPI Part 1 certification essential.
5+ years of relevant management experience, ideally in estate or property management.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Encore operate a hybrid working model - for this role the requirement is 2 days on site, 1 day in the London office and 2 days working from home.
