Tax and Incentives Solicitor
As an Associate in this team, you will:
- Advise on the design, implementation and operation of employee share plans, incentive arrangements and executive compensation structures.
- Support on the incentives aspects of high‑profile transactions, including IPOs, SPAC combinations, private equity acquisitions, and cross‑border M&A
- Assist with corporate governance, remuneration reporting and regulatory issues.
- Draft and review plan rules, award documentation, employee communications and related transactional documents.
- Engage directly with clients, including listed companies, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and high‑growth businesses.
- Work closely with colleagues across tax, corporate and finance teams on integrated transaction support.
