Location: ARETE Gym, Tower Bridge Road, London

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: - Initial 3-month probation: £22.50 per coaching session, £12.50 for gym floor work- After 3 months: Salary of £32,000 per annum, with the potential for further negotiations based on performance after 6 months

We believe in the power of education, innovation, and community engagement.Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a passionate and knowledgeable Coach to join us in a unique mentor role designed to cultivate the future Head Coach of ARETE Gym.

This position is perfect for candidates eager to expand their knowledge of our special coaching methodology, including SGPT (Small Group Personal Training) and one-on-one sessions, while actively engaging in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional coaching sessions, focusing on individual and group training programs.

- Participate in ongoing education and professional development through our 1-2 monthly workshops.

- Engage in community-building activities, including fitness challenges and member participation initiatives.

- Learn and master our unique coaching techniques and training protocols. - Develop skills in programming for results, upselling, and sales strategies to enhance member experiences.

- Collaborate with the gym team to create a welcoming and motivating environment for our members.

Requirements:

- Proven knowledge and experience in exercise and fitness coaching.

- A desire to learn and adapt to our unique coaching style and community-focused approach.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with members and teammates.

- A genuine passion for fitness and a commitment to living the fitness lifestyle. - Interest in sales techniques and the ability to promote new programs and protocols.

- Flexibility to engage in various roles, including gym floor work and coaching sessions.
