Reeson Education is recruiting proactive and reliable Learning Support Assistants to work on a flexible, daily supply basis across primary schools in Waltham Forest . This role is ideal for a Learning Support Assistant who enjoys variety and wants the freedom to choose their working days while continuing to support pupils who need additional help.

Schools across Walthamstow, Leyton, Leytonstone and Chingford regularly request experienced Learning Support Assistants to provide 1:1 and small-group support, particularly for pupils with SEN, learning delays or emotional needs. As a flexible Learning Support Assistant , you'll work across different schools, helping maintain continuity and support for pupils.

What You'll Do as a Learning Support Assistant

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils

• Assist teachers with learning activities and classroom routines

• Support pupils with SEN including autism, ADHD and SEMH

• Help manage behaviour and encourage engagement

• Adapt quickly to new school environments

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or similar role

• A calm, patient and supportive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility and reliability

• Ability to travel across Waltham Forest
