ECT: Art & Design Teacher – Launch Your Creative Career in a Nurturing, Well-Equipped Arts Faculty – Hounslow
A nurturing , creative secondary school in Hounslow requires an enthusiastic ECT of Art & Design (Year 1 or 2) to join their Arts faculty from January 2026.
- ECT: Art & Design Teacher required from January 2026

- Ideal for a graduate seeking structured mentoring in both 2D (Fine Art) and 3D (Textiles/Ceramics).
You will teach Art & Design across KS3 and GCSE , receiving a reduced timetable and a dedicated mentor . The induction is highly structured , focusing on mastering studio management, safely introducing diverse media, and guiding students through the coursework process.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS or completing final training in Art, Design, or Fine Arts .
- High commitment to creative and inclusive practical work.
- Willingness to fully engage with the school's structured mentorship and CPD programme.
- Excellent potential for strong studio management and inspiring student portfolios.
