We are looking for a Sales Associate to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.

What you’ll do

Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers

  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision

  • Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving, welding and aftercare)

Supporting the Team

  • Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times

  • Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment

  • Exceptional personal grooming and presentation

Delivering Efficiency

  • Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)

What you’ll bring

  • A customer first attitude and a desire to drive sales

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer expectations are achieve

  • Ability to work as part of a team

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Travel Requirements

Travel to our other Boutiques and Concessions may be required
