What you’ll do
Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving, welding and aftercare)
Supporting the Team
Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment
Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
Delivering Efficiency
Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
What you’ll bring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prepared to go the extra mile to ensure customer expectations are achieve
Ability to work as part of a team
