The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. Home to 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, along with a variety of dining and entertainment spaces, the hotel provides a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are looking for a Public Area Supervisor to join our dedicated Housekeeping team. In this role, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across all guest and public areas of the hotel. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for luxury service, you will lead by example, supporting the team to create an immaculate environment that reflects Rosewood’s hallmark of refined hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the Public Area team, ensuring all spaces are maintained to the highest standards.
Inspect public areas regularly and address any service or maintenance needs.
Support, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Uphold safety and hygiene standards in line with company policies and procedures.
About You:
Previous experience in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining excellence.
Positive, hands-on, and collaborative approach to work.
Passionate about hospitality and creating extraordinary guest experiences.
