Early Childhood Educator in Lewisham
Early Childhood Educator - Lewisham, South East London
Make a difference to children's development from a young age as an Early Childhood Educator in an inclusive nursery located in Lewisham.
Working full time Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm, the suitable Early Childhood Educator should hold a relevant qualification in Childcare or Early Years, and previous experience working in a childcare setting would be desirable.
As a Qualified Early Childhood Educator, you will be:
- Following the EYFS curriculum to assist children with the development of early reading and early maths skills
- Supporting children with their personal, social and emotional development
- Knowledgeable regarding early childhood development
- Providing a safe, supportive, stimulating and language-rich environment for children
- Encouraging development through play and exploration, leading and assisting with activities that stimulate children's imagination and creativity
- Able to work collaboratively within a team and have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Helping children to develop positive relationships
