We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and committed Science Teacher to join the thriving faculty at a highly regarded secondary academy in the prestigious Westminster area of Central London.
This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026 .

The Opportunity
The successful applicant will be an inspirational and highly effective Science specialist dedicated to delivering high-quality, practical, and theory-based lessons. You will be joining a supportive, fast-paced environment where strong academic outcomes and intellectual curiosity are prioritized. This role focuses on excellent classroom practice and contributing to a successful Science department, offering a fantastic opportunity to teach in the heart of the capital.
To secure an exceptional candidate, this role includes a generous Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum . This financial incentive is a purely financial reward designed to support excellent teachers and their commitment to our school community.

We Are Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) .
- A proven track record as an excellent Science Teacher (covering Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to at least KS4).
- A genuine passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
- A commitment to rigorous practical work and high academic standards.
- The drive to contribute positively to the academic life of the school.
Salary and Benefits
- Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.
- The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £40,317 as of September 2025).
- A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
