Role Overview
The Caretaker will assist with daily site operations, building safety checks, minor repairs, security routines, and general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Support security procedures and opening/locking duties
• Assist with setting up rooms, events, and school activities
• Ensure the site is clean, safe, and well-presented
• Report issues and work alongside the Site Manager
Requirements
• Previous caretaking or maintenance experience
• Practical skills across basic repairs, DIY, and site upkeep
• Reliability, initiative, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work flexibly when needed
