The Chancery Rosewood has officially opened its doors in the heart of Mayfair, and we are looking for warm, engaging, and detail-oriented Hotel Receptionists to join our Front Office team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly opened Rosewood property, where every arrival sets the stage for an extraordinary stay.

As a Guest Relations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a lasting first impression with your professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. From welcoming guests at check-in to anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless departure, your role is all about creating meaningful connections and delivering service that feels both personal and effortless.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests with genuine warmth, efficiency, and professionalism.

• Anticipate guest needs and tailor their experience with thoughtful touches.

• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, services, and the local area.

• Handle reservations, requests, and guest feedback with confidence and care.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

About You

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or customer-facing role is preferred.

• Naturally warm, engaging, and confident in dealing with people from all walks of life.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences that reflect Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality .
