Mid Strategist
YourStudio - Mid-weight Strategist - London
YourStudio is a dynamic strategy and experience design agency specialising in creating next-generation experiences and environments for global brands and retailers. With studios in London, Melbourne, New York and LA, we work supportively as one global team to deliver award-winning experiences that are recognised globally. We create brand strategy and immersive environments, leveraging the senses through communication, digital and experience design. Our mission is to inspire human connection, with sustainable thinking embedded.
We’re incredibly proud of the people who make YourStudio what it is. That pride is reflected in being named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 , and in our status as a certified B Corp . It’s more than a badge — it’s a commitment to building a creative studio where people thrive, and where meaningful, values-led work comes to life every day.
The Role
We’re looking for a Mid-weight Strategist to join our growing team. You’ll bring energy, curiosity, and fresh thinking to every brief, working across a wide variety of projects — from global research initiatives to brand-defining campaigns.
This is a role for someone who loves digging deep into insight and transforming complexity into clarity. You’ll explore culture, behaviour, and trends, and help craft strategies that spark powerful creative ideas and set brands apart.
- Researching & uncovering insights — using primary and secondary research methods, you’ll run stakeholder interviews, develop discussion guides, and explore market and consumer trends to uncover what matters most.
- Shaping strategy — synthesising insights into clear, actionable frameworks that guide both clients and creative teams.
- Presenting with confidence — sharing your ideas internally and externally, with a collaborative spirit and openness to feedback.
- Exploring & innovating — drawing inspiration from culture, science, art, and beyond, and feeding this into our thinking and processes.
- Building relationships — strengthening connections with clients, colleagues, and partners, bringing a positive and engaged presence to every interaction.
- Contributing to culture — sharing inspiration, driving knowledge exchange, and helping us evolve our studio culture.
- Supporting People & Planet — contributing to our B-Corp commitments, embedding sustainability and positive impact into the work we deliver.

- Previous experience in a strategy role (agency or in-house).
- Strong research skills — confident with both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
- Ability to distil complexity into simple, powerful insights.
- Confidence in presenting and storytelling to clients and internal teams.
- A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset.
- Strong competency in Adobe Suite.
- A passion for culture, trends, and ideas that shape human behaviour.
