The Role As EA to the CEO, you will act as a trusted partner and right-hand support, ensuring the smooth running of a complex, ever-changing schedules. You’ll be responsible for managing priorities, anticipating needs, and enabling the CEO to operate at maximum efficiency. This role requires outstanding organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive diary and inbox management, navigating multiple time zones and shifting priorities.
Coordinating CEO meetings, events, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency
Coordinating multiple Client and Candidate meetings, with a sense of urgency and efficiency.
Acting as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Supporting with document preparation, and client correspondence, working to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
Anticipating needs and providing solutions before challenges arise.
Supporting on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
