ECT: English Teacher – Launch Your Career with a Focus on Literacy Development and Nurturing Induction – Havering
A nurturing and supportive secondary school in Havering is seeking an enthusiastic ECT of English (Year 1 or 2) with a focus on literacy development from January 2026.

Experience and Qualifications
- QTS or completing final training in English or a relevant literary/linguistic field
- High commitment to literacy improvement and engaging lesson delivery
- Willingness to fully engage with the school's structured weekly coaching cycle
- Excellent potential for strong classroom presence and effective instruction
