Freemans Event Partners is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Bar Staff to deliver exceptional service for thousands of fans at one of London’s most iconic venues.

Hours & Contract: This role operates according to the stadium’s event schedule, so the dates and hours of work will vary depending on when fixtures and events take place. Once you’re registered with us, you’ll have access to our app, where we post all upcoming events for which you can sign up.

Pay: £12.50 per hour plus holiday pay

About the Role:

As a member of our bar team, you’ll be at the centre of the action — serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring our bars run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming environment while providing friendly, professional service throughout every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve drinks efficiently and responsibly, maintaining high standards of service
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive and professional attitude
• Handle payments accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels at all times
• Support colleagues and work as part of a high-performing team

About You:

• Previous bar or hospitality experience is an advantage, but not essential
• Energetic, customer-focused, and team-oriented
• Confident working in fast-paced, busy environments
• Flexible and available for weekend and evening shifts
• Positive attitude and commitment to great service

We pour over 150 types of spirits, cocktail combinations, champagne, lager and cider, and 6.2 million pints of beer every year so your customers never leave thirsty. We provide high-quality bars services for events, including festival bars, concerts, stadiums and sporting venues.
