Site Manager - Secondary School - Newham, East London
An organised and proactive Site Manager is required for a busy secondary school in the London Borough of Newham , starting January 2026 .
School Information
This is a large secondary school with approximately 1,400 pupils , rated Ofsted Good , with ongoing site development and improvement projects.
The Role
The Site Manager will ensure the school site remains safe, secure, and fully operational.
Key responsibilities include:
Day-to-day caretaking and site maintenance
Health & safety compliance and risk assessments
Managing cleaning staff and site schedules
Liaising with contractors and suppliers
The Ideal Candidate
Previous site or facilities management experience
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
Practical, hands-on approach
