Location: Wimbledon, London | Salary: £30,000

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who loves keeping people connected? At HFH Healthcare , we provide specialist nurse-led care to adults and children at home across London – and we need an IT Technician to keep our systems running smoothly!
What You’ll Be Doing:
First point of contact for IT support – no problem too big or small!
Maintain devices, networks, and Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
Manage user accounts, troubleshoot issues, and assist with IT setups.
Support IT projects, upgrades, and keep systems secure.
What We’re Looking For:
1st Line IT support experience
Windows and Microsoft 365 expertise
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
Friendly, problem-solving attitude
Nice-to-Haves: Entra ID/AD, Intune, VoIP, cybersecurity awareness
