Prescribing Nurse Practitioner Vacancy
JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Prescribing Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to fill our prescribing nurse practitioner vacancy in London. As a PNP, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care by independently assessing and diagnosing patients, prescribing medications, and managing their care plans. You will work with a team of other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

- Independently assess and diagnose patients
- Prescribe medications and manage patient care plans
- Provide patient education and counseling
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications for a Prescribing Nurse Practitioner Vacancy in London:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
- Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse prescriber
- Excellent knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics
- Strong clinical skills and assessment abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience of a Prescribing Nurse Practitioner Vacancy:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a nurse prescriber in a hospital or primary care setting
- Experience in managing patients with a variety of medical conditions
- Experience in working with a diverse patient population
