ASAP Start | Full-Time | £90–£110 per day
Do you enjoy working with young children and supporting them through key developmental milestones? This warm and inclusive Lambeth primary school is looking for an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to support children in Nursery and Reception who require additional help.
You will provide 1:1 and small-group support for children with a variety of needs, including communication difficulties, ASD, emotional regulation challenges and developmental delays. Your duties will include helping implement SEN strategies, delivering targeted interventions, and working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and families to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

Staff work collaboratively to provide an engaging curriculum that supports children’s independence, creativity and emotional wellbeing. The school also offers frequent CPD opportunities for Teaching Assistants.

• EYFS or Nursery/Reception experience
• Strong understanding of SEN
• Patient, empathetic and positive approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and equality
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to support early learning through play and structure
