This role is pivotal in maintaining exceptional standards across the estate, ensuring the smooth running of services, and delivering outstanding customer service to residents and visitors alike.

Working closely with the Development Manager, you will oversee site-based staff, manage both planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure the development remains a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

  • Follow up on emergency and reactive maintenance, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Communicate effectively with residents regarding repair updates

Resident Services
  • Manage front-of-house services including parcel and key handling.

  • Issue and monitor licences (e.g. pets, alterations, subletting).

  • Welcome new residents and introduce them to the development and its rules.

  • Monitor move-ins/outs to minimise disruption and damage.

  • Act as the first point of contact for residents regarding communal issues.

  • Maintain the on-site noticeboard and support resident communications.

Team Leadership
  • Lead and support on-site staff including cleaning and security teams.

  • Design and implement cleaning and security service scopes.

  • Manage staff inductions, training, appraisals, and holiday/sickness records.

  • Ensure all team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

  • Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

Experience
  • Proven experience working in prestigious residential developments or similar environments such as hospitality or armed forces.

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring and developing teams.

  • Contractor management expertise, including assessing and approving works.

  • Financial management experience (desirable).

Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Behaviours
  • Accountability: Take ownership and see tasks through to completion.

  • Attention to Detail: Passionate about delivering excellence in every aspect.

  • Commitment: Proud to make a difference and go above and beyond.

  • Positivity: Embrace challenges with a can-do attitude.

  • Curiosity: Continuously learn, question, and seek improvement.

What You Need
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

  • A good standard of education (essential).
