Behaviour Mentor - Lambeth
A forward-thinking primary school in Lambeth is recruiting a Behaviour Mentor from January 2026. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development in an inclusive and structured setting.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils struggling with behaviour, social skills, or emotional regulation
Implement behaviour management strategies under the guidance of class teachers
Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parents
Work closely with the SENCO to identify and support vulnerable pupils
Facilitate small group and one-to-one interventions
