Caretaker - Independent Primary School - Wembley

Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining the school buildings, grounds, and facilities in good condition
Performing minor repairs and liaising with external contractors for larger maintenance tasks
Monitoring and reporting health and safety issues
Setting up and clearing spaces for school events, assemblies, and activities
Assisting with deliveries, storage, and site organisation
Ensuring the school is secure, including locking and unlocking premises as required
Supporting the school in meeting compliance and safety standards
Experience and Skills
The successful candidate will:
Be reliable, organised, and proactive
Have experience in a similar facilities, maintenance, or caretaking role
Demonstrate practical problem-solving skills
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Understand basic health and safety requirements
Be physically fit and capable of manual tasks when required
