Core Responsibilities
The role involves managing the main switchboard and handling face-to-face enquiries with efficiency and warmth. You will oversee the visitor signing-in process, ensuring that safeguarding protocols are followed at all times. Administrative tasks include managing school mail, assisting with pupil attendance data, and providing general support to the wider administrative faculty.
Requirements & Salary
Experience in a school office or a high-level customer service role is required. The salary follows the Inner London local government pay scale.
