Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6pm, Friday 8:30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm (day in lieu).
Driving Licence: Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence & access to your own car.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

Our Crystal Palace office is a key part of our network, and we’re now seeking a talented and driven Branch Manager to lead it to even greater success.
As Branch Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the office, leading from the front to drive performance, increase market share, and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll manage and motivate a high-performing team, nurture client relationships, and ensure the branch consistently meets and exceeds its targets.
Duties will include:
Drive business growth through winning new instructions and increasing market share
Conduct valuations and secure sole agency agreements
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance and quality service
Implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Lead, inspire and manage the team
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and development for team members
Monitor performance, analyse market trends, and report KPIs to senior management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and the local community
Represent the Langford Russell brand with professionalism and integrity
Skills required:
Proven track record in estate agency at management level
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of the local property market
Highly driven, target-focused, and results-oriented
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
ARLA or NAEA qualification (desirable but not essential)
