The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Year 3 Teacher who is ready to take on additional responsibility within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to a Year 3 class
- Take a proactive role in leading a subject or key area of school improvement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote outstanding teaching and learning
- Contribute to maintaining the school’s strong academic and pastoral standards
This position is ideal for a teacher with proven classroom excellence who has already taken on middle leadership or additional duties and is now ready for the next step in their career.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE)
- Strong experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (preferably Year 3)
- Evidence of leadership or additional responsibility within a school setting
- Legal right to work in the UK
