HR Business Partner
- Manage a heavy ER caseload including misconduct, grievances, harassment, attendance, and other sensitive issues
- Support and coach managers through formal processes, including drafting correspondence and facilitating mediation
- Contribute to ongoing Employment Tribunal (ET) cases and ensure compliance with employment law
- Act as the main People & Culture contact for business stakeholders, providing guidance and updates to senior leaders
- Lead monthly stakeholder HR meetings, focusing on data, insights, and ER case discussions
- Maintain continuity of HR support during staff absences and collaborate with internal HR specialists
- Operate in a fast-paced, high-scrutiny environment requiring resilience, confidence, and strong relationship-building skills
- Support organisational culture initiatives while ensuring HR processes and best practice are consistently applied
