The Opportunity & Role Profile
This central London school is seeking a skilled and confident Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). You will play a pivotal role in supporting the teaching staff, often leading classes independently and delivering high-quality interventions across the primary phases.
Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope
Instructional Delivery: Leading and delivering lessons across the school, including the planning, delivery, and evaluation of sessions.
Progress Tracking: Monitoring student achievement and providing targeted feedback to class teachers to drive results.
Classroom Leadership: Maintaining a positive learning environment through effective and consistent behaviour management.
Compensation & Benefits
Essential Requirements: HLTA status or equivalent Level 4 qualification. Strong subject knowledge in English and Maths.
Salary: £113-120 per day based on experience.
