The rate is £18.07ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical, administrative and liaison role to support the functions of Assessment and Discharge. They will proactively maintain various administrative and customer related record systems and procedures as the role requires and will be responsible for logging, date and time of receipt of all hospital related referrals / faxes and to return confirmation of social services availability to hospital.
