Are you a compassionate EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant who thrives on helping young children develop essential communication, social and early academic skills? This vibrant Lewisham primary school is excited to welcome a dedicated individual to their Early Years team.
You will work with pupils who require additional support due to ASD, communication needs, sensory needs or social-emotional challenges. The role involves delivering small-group interventions, adjusting learning activities, providing reassurance and helping children feel safe and confident within the classroom environment.

Staff pride themselves on creating an inclusive environment that supports emotional wellbeing and encourages children to explore, investigate and grow. Regular training is available for Teaching Assistants, along with mentoring from experienced SEN staff.
