Development Officer (Operations)
Type of contract: Permanent, full-time
Hours of work: 35 hours per week
Salary: Grade 3, £30,068-£33,842 plus benefits
The Role
We are seeking a proactive Development Officer to support fundraising operations, maintain accurate CRM records and streamline processes. You’ll manage our fundraising database, ensure GDPR compliance, and provide analytical, reporting and operational support. With strong communication, attention to detail and project management skills, you will help drive income generation and alumni engagement in a collaborative, solutions-focused team.
