Wholesale & Trade Marketing Manager - UK
About the role
As the UK Wholesale & Trade Marketing Manager, you will take a proactive role in driving, developing, and executing our wholesale and trade marketing strategy. Working closely with the Head of Wholesale & Distribution and our HQ, you will oversee performance across key partners, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure strong brand activation across all retail channels. Your work will support both immediate sales goals and the long-term strategic growth of the market.

Your main responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Lead the development of the UK wholesale strategy with the Head of Wholesale & Distribution, assessing current performance and proposing improvements to achieve and exceed sales targets. Partner with the sales agent to provide commercial oversight of the full market, offering hands-on daily support and ensuring all business activities run effectively.
Independently manage selected partners and resellers, assess current performance across partners and channels; identify gaps, opportunities, and implement solutions to drive sales and long-term growth. Collaborate with key accounts to execute customized retailer programs and manage trade calendars and promotional plans to drive sell-in and sell-out.
Regularly travel to key partners and retailers to strengthen relationships, deliver product and sales training, ensure and enhance visual merchandising, and secure strong placement and strengthen brand presence.
Provide regional insights and recommendations to HQ teams to shape the development of trade marketing plans. Assist and collaborate in production of regional specific in-store assets. Collaborate with global to ensure trade marketing budget is spent efficiently.
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new sales leads in collaboration with HQ, leading onboarding processes including contract negotiation to ensure sustainable commercial success.
Enable alignment and meetings between HQ and regional partners to ensure seamless execution of promotions, campaigns, and toolkits.
Reporting include, but not limited to, sell-in, sell-through, campaign performance, wholesale partner activity, and ROI on trade marketing investments.
Be a brand ambassador and senior leader for your region, supporting team members’ development and strengthening their collaboration and relationships across other functions in the company.
We believe that you have:
At least 3-5 years of experience in wholesale and trade marketing, or commercial roles within fashion, lifestyle, consumer goods, or similar sectors.
Strong UK retail market understanding and experience managing key accounts and retail partners. Possessing a well-established retail network is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to drive growth, open new business, and improve in-store performance.
Skilled in analyzing market trends, shopper insights, and competitive landscapes.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and commercially driven; able to manage multiple priorities. Self-drive a must.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with global teams.
Candidates based in greater London area are preferred due to regularly store visits and travel.
