About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for a confident and capable Senior Administrator to join the school’s efficient and friendly office team . This role would suit someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the smooth daily running of the school’s administrative functions
- Providing comprehensive support to the leadership team and teaching staff
- Managing records, correspondence, and data systems efficiently and accurately
- Building positive relationships with parents, staff, and external partners
- Contributing to the continued improvement of school office systems and procedures
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a school administration or office management role
- Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with school MIS systems
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle confidential information
- A professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
