ASAP Start | Term-Time Only | £90–£110 per day
This welcoming Waltham Forest primary school is seeking a dedicated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to support young children in Nursery and Reception who require additional guidance with communication, emotional development or behaviour regulation.
The role includes providing 1:1 and group support, preparing sensory and learning activities, contributing to setting up engaging EYFS learning environments, and working closely with teachers to ensure children feel supported throughout the school day.

The Early Years department is lively, well-resourced and driven by a child-led, play-centered philosophy. Staff receive regular training in SEN, early communication strategies and behaviour support.
Requirements
• Experience within EYFS
• Understanding of SEN support
• Patient and empathetic approach
• Strong communication with pupils and colleagues
• Ability to implement structured routines and support plans
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusion
