About the role

The Head of Ecommerce will lead the end-to-end management and scaling of Electrify’s ecommerce activities across existing and future consumer product businesses. This role will take primary responsibility for commercial performance, ecommerce operations, supply chain coordination, Shopify management, Amazon growth, digital marketing performance and conversion optimisation. This includes managing and growing existing products such as Snatoms and Elements of Truth, while also identifying, evaluating and launching new ecommerce opportunities across Electrify’s creator ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Ecommerce Leadership & Commercial Ownership

  • Lead the day-to-day management and scaling of Electrify’s ecommerce businesses

  • Own commercial performance across Shopify, Amazon and other ecommerce channels

  • Develop growth strategies to increase revenue, profitability, retention and customer lifetime value

  • Build operational processes and reporting systems to support scalable ecommerce growth

  • Take ownership of ecommerce P&L performance and commercial decision-making

Existing Product Management

  • Lead existing ecommerce initiatives including Snatoms and The Elements of Truth game

  • Manage product launches, merchandising, pricing, promotional calendars and inventory planning

  • Improve customer experience and conversion performance across all storefronts

  • Coordinate suppliers, manufacturers, fulfilment partners and operational workflows

  • Identify opportunities to improve margins, retention and operational efficiency

New Ecommerce Ventures

  • Identify and evaluate new ecommerce and consumer product opportunities

  • Work with creators and leadership to develop commercially compelling product concepts

  • Build launch plans, commercial models and go-to-market strategies for new initiatives

Platform & Marketing Optimisation

  • Work alongside internal and external marketing teams on customer acquisition and retention

  • Understand paid media, email marketing, creator-led acquisition, affiliate marketing and ecommerce growth strategy

  • Improve conversion rates through testing, optimisation, analytics, and experimentation

  • Develop reporting frameworks around CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, retention and profitability

Supply Chain & Operations

  • Develop deep operational understanding across manufacturing, logistics, fulfilment and inventory management

  • Manage supplier relationships and operational execution

  • Improve forecasting, launch reliability and operational scalability

  • Identify operational risks and implement scalable solutions

Team Building & Capability Development

  • Help build Electrify’s long-term ecommerce function and capabilities

  • Recruit and manage additional ecommerce hires or specialist partners over time

  • Develop repeatable systems and playbooks for future ecommerce launches and operations

Skills and experience 

  • Strong experience managing and scaling ecommerce businesses

  • Deep understanding of Shopify ecosystem and ecommerce tooling

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations and growth

  • Understanding of ecommerce analytics, reporting and performance optimisation

  • Experience managing supply chain, fulfilment, inventory and operational workflows

  • Experience managing launches, forecasting and ecommerce profitability

  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies

  • Experience with conversion rate optimisation and ecommerce growth frameworks

  • Familiarity with paid social, email marketing, creator-led commerce and retention systems

Desirable 

  • Likely 5–10 years of relevant ecommerce or consumer product experience

  • Experience scaling digitally-native brands, creator-led commerce businesses or modern ecommerce businesses strongly preferred
