Our Client is seeking a Finance Officer to join the finance team of a busy and well-established secondary school in Ilford. This role will involve supporting the day-to-day financial management of the school, including processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, managing purchase orders and supporting monthly reconciliation processes. The role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth financial running of the school.

This 11–18 secondary school educates approximately 1,350 pupils and is known for its well-structured systems, strong leadership and efficient operational practice. The finance team operates within a clearly defined framework with established internal procedures and modern finance software. The school places high importance on financial accountability, transparency and accurate reporting.
