We are seeking an organised and dependable Assistant Site Manager to support the Facilities & Premises Team at a busy secondary academy in North London. This full-time, permanent role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within school facilities management.

About the Role
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with daily site operations and maintenance
• Conducting repairs, safety checks and building inspections
• Supporting compliance tasks and record keeping
• Ensuring the cleanliness and security of the site
• Helping manage cleaning and caretaking teams
• Liaising with contractors and suppliers
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience in maintenance, caretaking or facilities support
• Strong understanding of site safety and compliance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Practical skills in repair, DIY or trades preferred
Salary
Paid to support staff scale based on experience.
