Admin - Westminster
A central London school in Westminster is recruiting an experienced Admin professional to start January 2026. The successful Admin candidate will manage reception and front-of-house duties, maintain pupil records, administer communications and support day-to-day running of the school office. The Admin post-holder will be responsible for the smooth operation of the school office: answering phones, managing admissions paperwork, updating the MIS, coordinating timetables and assisting with parental queries. As Admin, you will work closely with the SMT, safeguarding lead and site staff to ensure compliance and an effective school environment. The role begins January 2026, and the Admin appointee will be expected to support term-start planning from January 2026. Candidates based in Westminster or able to commute to Westminster are encouraged to apply.
Key duties:
• Provide professional reception and first-point-of-contact duties as Admin.
• Maintain attendance and pupil records and update MIS systems as Admin tasks.
• Support school communications, events admin and basic HR paperwork as part of the Admin role.
Person specification:
• Proven administrative experience, ideally in schools, for the Admin role.
• Confident IT skills and database experience; strong organisational ability for the Admin post.
• Ability to start January 2026 and be based in Westminster.
