A top-tier law firm is looking for an experienced Patent Support to join their team. This full-time, permanent position offers the chance to work on a diverse range of intellectual property matters. Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence.
- Prepare and file patent and design applications.
- Maintain and update client portfolios with accurate records.
- Monitor deadlines to ensure compliance with IP regulations.
- Assist with invoicing and support billing processes.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as a Patent Paralegal or IP Secretary.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong team player with clear and professional communication skills.
- Familiarity with IP systems and procedures is highly desirable.
