About the Role
• Supporting students in lessons across KS3/KS4
• Working 1:1 and in small groups to deliver interventions
• Helping teachers prepare resources and manage behaviour
• Supporting literacy, numeracy, and subject-specific learning
• Promoting a positive learning environment and emotional wellbeing
• Assisting with supervision, pastoral activities, and classroom routines
Experience and Qualifications
• Experience supporting children or young people preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Patient, nurturing, and proactive
