Broker Development Manager - Commercial
Location: Remote with South/London Coverage
Base Salary: Up to £70,000-£85,000 + bonus/benefits We’re exclusively partnered with a growing, reputable and innovative business that’s looking for an experienced Broker Development Manager to develop and nurture broker relationships across London and the South of England. The role:
-Manage and grow a panel of wholesale broker relationships
- Win new broker accounts and drive profitable growth
- Promote a broad suite of commercial P&C products
- Work closely with internal underwriting and broking teams
- Travel to the London Market and across the South as needed About you:
- Experience in account management/business development
- Strong relationship builder and confident communicator
- Commercially minded, self-motivated and target-driven
