We are seeking an enthusiastic, versatile, and committed Humanities Teacher to join the successful faculty at an Outstanding Ofsted-rated secondary academy in the Ealing area of Inner West London. We welcome applications from specialists in Geography, History, or Religious Education (RE), who are confident in teaching across multiple disciplines at Key Stage 3.

This is a full-time, permanent position starting in January 2026 .

We Are Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) .
  • A strong degree and proven track record in one core Humanities subject (History, Geography, or RE).
  • The ability and willingness to teach all three core Humanities subjects at Key Stage 3.
  • A proven track record of successfully teaching a specialism to A-Level (KS5) .
  • A genuine passion for the subjects and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
  • The drive to uphold and contribute to the academy’s Outstanding standards.

Salary and Benefits

  • Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS) for Teachers.

    • The base salary will be paid according to experience within the statutory Inner London Pay Scale (The Inner London Main Pay Range minimum is approximately £40,317 as of September 2025).
  • A fixed Recruitment and Retention (R&R) Allowance of £2,000 per annum.
  • Excellent, structured professional development and career progression pathways.
