An ambitious and structured secondary school in Newham requires an enthusiastic ECT of Mathematics (Year 1 or 2) committed to delivering a mastery-based curriculum from January 2026.
- ECT: Mathematics Teacher required from January 2026

You will teach KS3 and KS4 Mathematics with a reduced timetable and a dedicated mentor. The induction is highly structured , focusing on mastering the delivery of the shared, mastery-based curriculum to ensure all students achieve core conceptual understanding.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS or completing final training in Mathematics or a related numerical field.
- Strong theoretical understanding of Mastery Maths principles.
- Willingness to fully engage with the school's structured weekly coaching cycle.
- Excellent potential for engaging and consistent instruction.
