Are you a warm, welcoming and very well presented early-riser with a passion for great hospitality?
ETM Group is looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Host to join our team and deliver exceptional morning experiences across ETM's exceptional venues - including the iconic rooftop restaurant and bar Aviary.

These venues represent some of London's most stylish and sought-after dining destinations, combining premium hospitality with unforgettable guest experiences. As part of the ETM Collection-known for premium gastropubs, stylish bars, and destination restaurants-you'll be the first friendly face our guests see each day, setting the tone for outstanding service.

. What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and genuine hospitality
• Manage the breakfast seating plan and ensure smooth guest flow
• Assist with taking reservations and walk-ins, providing accurate wait times
• Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining area
• Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Support with light service duties as required (clearing tables, replenishing stations, etc.)
• Uphold ETM's high standards of service, presentation, and guest care

What We're Looking For

• Impacable grooming and premium appearance
• A friendly, positive, guest-focused personality
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy morning periods
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest moments
• Previous host experience within premium establishment is desirable
• Someone who enjoys working early shifts and being part of a dynamic service team
