We’re looking for a Administrator to support a busy commercial environment, working closely with the Framework Manager and a range of internal Subject Matter Experts .
This is a structured, detail-focused role with a strong emphasis on processes, procedures, and governance . You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the CRM (including Salesforce and related systems), ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and effective ways of working across the business.
The Role
You’ll act as a central point of coordination between the CRM, framework activity, and internal stakeholders. Alongside system administration, you’ll help define, document, and improve processes, supporting users and embedding best practice across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain CRM systems, including Salesforce
Support the Framework Manager with framework administration, reporting, and workflows
Work with Subject Matter Experts to capture requirements and align processes
Maintain data accuracy, permissions, and system governance
Document and improve processes, procedures, and user guidance
Provide day-to-day administrative support to CRM users
About You
Experience in a CRM, systems, or administrative role
Strong focus on process, documentation, and accuracy
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and SMEs
Highly organised, methodical, and detail-oriented
Happy working in an office-based environment
- SalesForce experience would be an advantage
