Office Manager - Media Organisation
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a leading national media organisation. This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, 24-hour editorial environment and involves coordinating staffing schedules, managing core administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth running of office and people operations. You’ll help oversee rotas, support absence management, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to the efficient delivery of key operational tasks. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle competing deadlines are essential.
Working closely with HR and departmental teams, this Office Manager will manage routine workflow tasks such as processing timesheets, preparing reports, arranging equipment and access for new starters, and coordinating logistical support for events and special projects. The Office Manager will also act as a central point of contact for policy queries, maintain accurate records, and provide wider team support on a range of administrative and organisational needs.
The ideal Office Manager will be highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working within a fast-moving environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the centre of a dynamic company and thrives on enabling teams to work efficiently and effectively.
